Neca2 Telecomunicaciones SL may modify the conditions determined here at any time, being duly published as they appear here. The validity of the aforementioned conditions will depend on their exposure and will be in force until they are modified by others duly published. The website uses information security techniques generally accepted in the industry, such as firewalls, access control procedures and cryptographic mechanisms, all in order to prevent unauthorized access to data. To achieve these purposes, the user/client accepts that the provider obtain data for the purposes of the corresponding authentication of access controls.

Shipping and/or management costs are not included in the price and will be shown to you before finalizing your purchase, depending on the shipping address of each order. Next, we detail the shipping costs in the following table:

The prices presented on the website are valid solely and exclusively for online orders made at All prices published on our website are VAT included.

The validation of the order by the client expressly supposes the knowledge and acceptance of these general contracting conditions as part of the conclusion of the contract.

Once the purchase has been made and as soon as possible, always within 24 hours from the execution of the purchase, Neca2 Telecomunicaciones SL Customer Service will send you proof of purchase by e-mail.

If you do not agree with the information contained in said confirmation, you can request their modification or the cancellation of the contract.


The language or languages in which the contract may be formalized on this website is Spanish.


The selection of products offered on is valid as long as the products are visible on the website. As it is electronic commerce, the stock is updated online, so it could happen, eventually, that during the purchase process the stock runs out.

If this is the case, we will inform you immediately to offer you an alternative or refund the amount paid for the product.


To make any claim in relation to the obligations established in Article 110 of Law 3/2014, you must contact us.


In the event of non-execution of the contract by the entity due to the fact that the purchased product is not available or for any other reason, the client will be informed of this lack of availability and/or reason that justifies it and will recover the sums without undue delay. that you have paid by virtue of it.  In the event of unjustified delay on the part of Neca2 Telecomunicaciones SL regarding the return of the sums paid, the client may claim that they be paid double the amount owed, without prejudice to their right to be compensated for the damages suffered in the that exceed said amount.


The products are sent to the shipping address that you have indicated in the order. In the case of placing an order for several items with different availability, the delivery time will take into account the longest expected delivery. In exceptional cases, Neca2 Telecomunicaciones SL will reserve the right to break down the order, sending the available items and leaving the unavailable items pending a second shipment.

To carry out the transport and delivery of the shipments, we have chosen a courier company of recognized prestige.

The established shipping time will depend on the order requested. It will be approximately five business days from receipt of payment, considering business days Monday to Friday.

In the event that the client detects a problem at the time of delivery of his order (damaged packaging, missing or damaged products) he must indicate it in writing on the carrier's delivery note, and contact within 14 days of receipt. reception. No return of a damaged item will be accepted, as well as a claim for a missing item, if it has not been communicated within the established period, sending us photos and a description of the problem.

All this without prejudice to the right to guarantee for products that do not comply with the contract that assists every consumer, in accordance with current regulations.

Neca2 Telecomunicaciones SL accepts payment by Credit Card, you can use Visa and MasterCard. If you make the payment with a VISA or Maestro card, the charge on your card will be made deferred, that is, at the time the shipment is made. In this way, only the items shipped and at the time of shipment will be charged. In the event that the POS informs of the refusal of the card, the order will be automatically cancelled, informing the customer online of the cancellation. For payments made with cards issued outside of Spain, it is necessary that the issuing bank is covered by the Secure Electronic Commerce Security Protocol (CES). Payments with cards that do not meet this requirement will not be accepted. As an alternative we propose the transfer payment. Neca2 Telecomunicaciones SL reserves the right to reject any operation carried out with a credit card. In this case we will proceed to refund the cash on the original card. In these cases and if the client is interested in progressing in the purchase of the items, we will request a bank transfer.

The maximum term to request the return is stipulated in the following terms, from the receipt of the order:

The return will be made in the same form of payment of the purchase. This right is additional to the guarantee right recognized in RDL 1/2007 of November 16 on the defense of consumers and users.

The circumstances that can cause a return are the following:

a) If you are not satisfied with the product you have ordered: You can return it by courier to Neca2 Telecomunicaciones SL. We will refund the amount of the product but not the cost of returning the product.

b) If you wish to make an exchange for another item, the return costs will not be assumed by Neca2 Telecomunicaciones SL

c) Product that, by mistake, does not correspond to the one ordered: Neca2 Telecomunicaciones SL will bear the costs of collecting the wrong product and delivering the product corresponding to the order placed.

d) The products must be packed and unsealed. The packaging must be in perfect condition and keep all its accessories and instructions of origin to be able to be returned.

Neither in the physical stores, nor in the online store of Neca2 Telecomunicaciones SL, returns of products that have not been purchased in the entity will be accepted.

In all cases, the products must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging and with manuals, accessories or promotional gifts, if any, included.

In accordance with article 103 of Law 3/2014 on the Defense of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal is excepted for those products that are clearly personalized or that have been made according to the customer's specifications.

In the event that an order is canceled before its departure, the client will not have any expense. In the event that an order is canceled after the departure of the merchandise, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs as well as the costs of returning the order.


The warranty period is 2 years, from the delivery of the product, although it does not include deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, incorrect use or improper handling, or materials that are worn by use. Unless proven otherwise, it will be presumed that the lack of conformity that manifests itself in the 6 months after the delivery of the product, whether it is new or second-hand, already existed when the thing was delivered, except when this presumption is incompatible with the nature of the product or the nature of the lack of conformity. Neca2 Telecomunicaciones SL reserves the right to request verification of the origin of the problem from an official technical service of the brand. In the event of a defect caused by misuse, the repair will be billable. In those cases that justify the application of the guarantee, the repair, replacement of the article, reduction or return will be chosen, in the legally established terms.


The refund will be made through the payment method used for the purchase.

Neca2 Telecomunicaciones SL will not refund the amount or reship the merchandise until the receipt and state of the packaging and accessories of the item to be returned or exchanged has not been verified in our warehouses. The price to be returned is the one that originally appeared in the order, except transportation costs. Once the correct state of the returned product has been verified, Neca2 Telecomunicaciones SL will proceed to refund the amount within a maximum period of 15 days.


The relationship between Neca2 Telecomunicaciones SL and the USER will be governed by current Spanish regulations and any controversy will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the corresponding city.
